General Refund Policy
1. We provide a 30-day guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your classes, please notify your teacher within 30 days to receive a refund on your purchase. You will only be refunded for classes that have not been completed.
2. After the 30 days have passed, you can still receive a partial refund of 70% of the price of the classes you have not completed.
Cancelation
If you need to cancel the class, please make a request six hours ahead of time. Short notice is not allowed. You will be charged the full class price if you don't meet the cancelation policy. Emergencies and extreme circumstances are exceptions. (For example, disconnection due to natural disaster, power outage, illness, funeral, etc. )
Tardiness
If you are more than 15 minutes late to a class, you will be marked "absent" and charged for the class. After 15 minutes, you cannot enter the class, and it will be considered complete. (For example, If you show up in the 16th minute, you cannot enter the class.)
Course time limit (Expiration)
Every course has a limited time in which you can reserve classes. When the period of your course expires, you can't reserve any classes until you pay $10 to extend the course period. (Extension fee is $10.)
New students through referrals
1. There is a 60-day guarantee for your first purchase. Starting on the 61st day, you can only get a 70% refund on unreserved courses if you would like to cancel your purchase.
2. If you purchase over 40 classes for your first purchase, you will get two extra 25-minute classes.
3. You can get an extra four weeks on your course time limit for your first purchase.
4. You can get 50% off purchasing your first 20 customized class audio recordings from the teacher.
5. If you purchase 20 classes in your birthday month, you can get $30 off.
6. You can get $10 off on your first purchase.
7. You can get one free trial class.
Other Issues
1. Before you purchase, please discuss what you need with your teacher and make sure everything is okay with you. By purchasing a class, you accept the class policies stated above.
2. When a teacher is absent from a class without any reason or notice, we provide a free course as compensation unless there is an emergency.
3. When a teacher or a student can't complete all the classes in a course due to an emergency or other problems, we will refund the full amount for the classes that have not been completed.
4. If you refer a friend and your friend purchases over 20 classes, then you can get a bonus. (The bonus depends on the promotion that is in effect at the time of purchase. It may vary every month.)
5. If you cancel or reschedule more than 50% of your classes (for example, you reserve 4 classes but cancel 3 of them), your teacher has the right to cancel all of your classes, in which case you will get a 70% refund on the classes you haven’t yet completed.
6. Every new student can get ten free customized class audio recordings made by the teacher.
7. Every customized class audio recording costs $2.
8. A trial class includes a free customized class audio recording.
